Job Description
Handle Inbound and Out Bound Calls
Handle a chat process
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for veterinary consultations, vaccinations, grooming, diagnostics, and other services.
- Assist pet parents with queries regarding hospital services, consultation timings, doctor availability, and service charges.
- Provide appointment reminders, vaccination follow-ups, and post-consultation follow-up calls as per hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with veterinarians, reception, billing, and hospital operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate medical or emergency-related queries to the veterinary team.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through timely responses, empathetic communication, and professional behavior.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and service standards.
