Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to build strong, long-term relationships with our clients, keep them satisfied, and grow revenue from our existing customer base.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as their main point of contact
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Drive retention, renewals, upselling and cross-selling
  • Resolve complaints and escalations quickly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity in the CRM
  • Track and report on client satisfaction, revenue and retention metrics
  • Work with sales, operations and support teams to deliver a smooth customer experience

Skills & Qualifications

  • [1–5] years in client servicing, account management or sales
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi
  • Strong negotiation, listening and problem-solving skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
