Job Description

Position: Customer Relationship Manger

Location: Near Shivaji Park Metro Station, Opp. Metro Pillar No. 149

Experience: 3-4 years

Employment Type: Full Time


Key Responsibility :-

  • Coordinate with clients for pending payments, outstanding balances, and timely sharing of ledgers.
  • Follow up with customers regularly for payment collection and recovery.
  • Good Follow Up Skill
  • Coordinate with the collection team and maintain proper payment records.


Candidate Requirement :-

  • Female Candidate Preferred
  • Good Communication Skills ( Confident and Polite Speking )
  • Basic knowldge of Sales, Purchase, Debtors, Payment collection & Dispatch
  • Making sure all the requirements of the clients after placing orders are met.
