Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships, handle enquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while supporting business growth through effective follow-ups and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate customer information, contact details, enquiries, and follow-up records.
• Prepare and share quotations, product details, samples, and order information as required.
• Track customer orders and ensure timely updates regarding dispatch and delivery.
• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for quick solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to generate repeat business and improve customer retention.
• Maintain daily CRM reports and provide updates to management.
• Coordinate with sales executives regarding leads and customer requirements.
• Monitor pending enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to management.
• Support the sales team in achieving customer service and business targets.
• For Textile / Denim Fabric BusinessHandle customers and buyers related to denim and textile fabrics.
• Share fabric qualities, specifications, prices, available stocks, and samples with customers.
• Coordinate fabric sampling and approval with customers.
• Follow up on sample approvals and order confirmations.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team for stock availability and dispatch.
• Maintain records of customer-wise orders, samples, quotations, and follow-ups.
