Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Requirements -:


  • Conduct outbound cold calling or follow-ups to sell products/services and set appointments for international markets.
  • Adjust communication style and vocabulary to suit the cultural nuances of target regions (e.g., US, UK Process)
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets for Average Handle Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and conversion rates
  •  Exceptional verbal and written command of the English language with a clear, professional speaking voice
  • Willingness to work in rotational, night, or evening shifts to accommodate overseas time zones
  • Familiarity with computers, internet browsers, and CRM tools
