Job Description
GTS Cabs is looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Call Center Executives to handle customer calls, assist with taxi bookings, and provide booking-related support.
Candidates should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming customer calls and respond to booking inquiries.
* Handle taxi bookings for local, outstation, airport transfers, and Delhi–Dehradun routes.
* Explain taxi fares, vehicle options, pickup locations, and booking details.
* Create and update customer bookings in the company system.
* Confirm bookings through WhatsApp or phone calls.
* Coordinate with drivers regarding pickup time, location, and trip details.
* Follow up with customers regarding upcoming trips and booking confirmations.
* Handle customer questions, complaints, cancellations, and rescheduling professionally.
* Maintain accurate booking records and customer details.
* Transfer important or complicated customer issues to the concerned team member.
Required Skills
* Good Hindi communication skills.
* Basic English communication is preferred.
* Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp.
* Polite telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
* Ability to manage multiple calls and bookings.
* Freshers are welcome; prior call center or customer support experience is an advantage.

* Fixed monthly salary of ₹8000–₹15000, depending on skills and experience.
