Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality Continental dishes as per hotel standards

• Maintain food quality, taste, presentation & hygiene

• Manage kitchen operations and ensure smooth service

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Control food wastage and maintain proper portioning

• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team

Requirements:

✔️ Relevant experience in Continental cuisine

✔️ Good knowledge of Continental cooking techniques

✔️ Strong communication and team-management skills

✔️ Hotel/restaurant experience preferred
