Job Description

Job Title: Computer Operator – E-commerce

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage online product listings on e-commerce platforms.
  • Upload product photos, descriptions, prices, and stock details.
  • Process online orders and update order status.
  • Print invoices, shipping labels, and packing slips.
  • Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team.
  • Update inventory and maintain stock records.
  • Handle order returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and Excel records.
  • Check product details and ensure data accuracy.
  • Use computer applications, email, MS Excel, and e-commerce portals efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and internet browsing.
  • Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Ability to manage orders and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is preferred.

Qualification: 10th Pass or Graduate.

Experience: Fresher or Experienced.
