Urgent Hiring 🚨


🎯 Immediate Joiners Required


 Position: Collection Supervisor


💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

📍Location - Uttam nagar west


📌 Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the collections team.
  • Monitor collection performance and ensure monthly recovery targets are achieved.
  • Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve productivity and collection effectiveness.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and negotiate payment arrangements when required.


✅ Eligibility Criteria

   12th Pass or above.

   Basic Hindi & English communication skills.

   Minimum 3 year of experience in Collections/Recovery/Tele calling. 

   Basic computer knowledge.
