Loan Recovery Telecaller – Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

  • Customers ko pending EMI/loan payment ke liye calling karna.
  • Customer se PTP (Promise to Pay) lena aur timely follow-up karna.
  • Payment status aur customer remarks ko MIS/CRM mein update karna.
  • Unpaid/overdue customers ka regular follow-up karna.
  • Customer queries aur payment issues ko professionally handle karna.
  • Daily calling, PTP aur collection report maintain karna.
  • Assigned targets aur portfolio ko timely complete karna.
  • Team Leader/Supervisor ko daily work status report karna.
