Job Description

and detail-oriented Client Servicing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating projects, and learning how advertising, branding, digital marketing, and creative campaigns are executed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist Client Servicing Managers in handling day-to-day client communication.
  2. Coordinate with the Creative, Design, Content, Digital Marketing, Production, and Strategy teams to ensure timely project execution.
  3. Prepare meeting notes, contact reports (MOMs), presentations, and status updates.
  4. Follow up internally to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
  5. Understand client briefs and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
  6. Track multiple projects simultaneously and maintain project timelines.
