Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi

Position: Full-Time Chef

Salary: ₹13,000-22,000 per month (depending on experience)

Working Days: 6 days a week

About Us

Beans to Brew Studio is a cosy, English-inspired café serving gourmet sandwiches, burgers, wraps, hot dogs, bakery delights, and handcrafted café favourites. We focus on quality ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and a distinctive dining experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare gourmet sandwiches, burgers, wraps, hot dogs, sides, and other café menu items.
• Execute recipes consistently, maintaining taste, quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Prepare and handle sauces, dressings, fillings, and other kitchen components.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage ingredient preparation, stock rotation, and inventory.
• Minimise food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Coordinate with the café team to ensure timely order preparation.
• Assist in developing new menu items and improving existing recipes.
• Follow the café’s onion-free and garlic-free food preparation requirements.
• Maintain daily kitchen checklists and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or commercial kitchen is preferred.
• Knowledge of gourmet sandwiches, continental cuisine, and café-style food is an advantage.
• Ability to follow standardised recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Ability to work independently in a compact, fast-paced café kitchen.
• Creativity, reliability, punctuality, and a passion for food.
