Center Manager

Haus+ (brand under Saga Monuntains Private limited) is building a new generation of managed workplaces around Indian hospitality — professional, seamless spaces designed to feel a little more like your second Haus.

We are looking for a Centre Manager to own the day-to-day performance of our Delhi centre.

What you'll own:

• Overall centre operations and client experience

• Managing the centre team and service standards

• Facility management, housekeeping, security and vendors

• Client requests, escalations, renewals and relationships

• Centre budgets, expenses, collections and operating performance

• Ensuring the workplace is always ready, well maintained and professionally run

What we're looking for:

• 4–7 years of relevant experience

• Experience in flexible workspaces, hospitality, hotels, premium retail, facilities or customer experience preferred

• Strong communication and people-management skills

• Commercially aware and comfortable taking ownership

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

• Good spoken and written English

Haus+ is an early-stage company. This role is for someone who wants more than a job managing a centre — you will help shape how our centres operate as we grow.
