Job Description

Humari retail shop ke liye ek smart aur responsible Cashier & Front Counter Executive ki zarurat hai. Candidate ko basic accounting, ERP software ka gyan aur customer handling ka achha experience hona chahiye.

Key Responsibilities:

 Billing & ERP Management: Billing software/ERP par daily sales entry, invoices, aur payment collection (Cash/UPI/Card) handle karna.

 Counter Operations: Customer ko attend karna, unhe sold items properly handover karna aur smooth checkout process ensure karna.

 Delivery Coordination: Customer ke order ko Porter/Delivery partner ke zariye unke ghar tak dispatch aur track karwana.

 Basic Accounting: Daily cash register maintain karna, day-end sales summary banana aur cash tally karna.

 Customer Communication: Customers se achhe se baat karna, unki queries solve karna aur polite behavior maintain rakhna.
