Carpenter/Ulpholsterer

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Executive / Store In-Charge to manage the day-to-day store operations at our furniture manufacturing factory.

The candidate will be responsible for the proper receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and tracking of raw materials, hardware, consumables, accessories, and finished goods. The role requires close coordination with the Production, Purchase, Planning, Quality, Projects, and Accounts teams to ensure materials are available as per production requirements and inventory is maintained accurately.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a furniture manufacturing, modular furniture, interior fit-out, woodworking, or similar manufacturing environment.

• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of furniture raw materials, hardware, and consumables.
• Good understanding of store and inventory management processes.
• Strong material identification and checking skills.
• Good knowledge of inward/outward processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• ERP / inventory software knowledge will be preferred.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple material requirements simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to identify stock discrepancies and material shortages.
• Good understanding of material handling and storage practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/factory environment.
