Job Description
Job Title: Gaming Cafe Operations Executive
Location: Delhi Job Type: Full-Time / Part Time Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome)
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Gaming Cafe Operations Executive to join our team. You will be the backbone of our cafe — handling everything from setting up gaming stations to serving food and managing billing. If you love gaming and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage PC and PS5 gaming stations for customers
- Handle customer billing, bookings, and payments accurately
- Prepare and serve basic food and beverages to customers
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of gaming equipment
- Ensure gaming systems, peripherals, and the cafe area are clean and fully functional
- Assist customers with game setup, controls, and any technical issues
- Maintain stock of food, beverages, and gaming accessories
- Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all customers
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware and gaming consoles (PS5 preferred)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic math skills for billing and cash handling
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or gaming setup is a plus but not required
