Job Description
Overall responsibility for business performance, revenue, profitability, and growth.
Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Lead and monitor Sales and other operational functions.
Develop business strategies to increase market share and customer retention.
Monitor showroom and workshop performance through key business KPIs.
Guide and motivate Branch Heads, Sales Managers, and other functional teams.
Review daily/weekly/monthly performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
Ensure effective lead management, customer follow-up, conversion, and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing market presence.
Maintain strong relationships with TVS officials, finance partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure operational discipline, process compliance, and effective cost control.
Prepare and present MIS and business performance reports to senior management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of escalated issues.
Drive a performance-oriented and professional work culture across all locations.
