Business Development Manager (BDM)

SS Debt Recoveries is a specialised company dealing in bank auction properties and distressed real estate assets.

We have been working in the bank auction property industry for more than 5 years. We work closely with banks and financial institutions and help potential buyers identify and understand suitable auction properties.

We are looking for a confident and proactive Business Development Manager who can communicate with bank officials, handle potential buyers and contribute to the growth of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and communicate with bank officials, authorised officers and other bank representatives regarding auction properties.

• Obtain and understand property information, auction notices, reserve prices, auction dates, possession details and other relevant information.

• Speak with potential buyers and investors and understand their property requirements.

• Explain bank auction properties and the basic auction process to prospective clients.

• Generate, manage and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

• Convert genuine enquiries into potential clients and achieve business targets.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure accurate property information is communicated to clients.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with banks and clients.

• Assist in identifying new bank auction properties and business opportunities.

• Manage and guide junior team members wherever required.

• Maintain proper records of properties, leads, client conversations and follow-ups.

AI & TECHNOLOGY SKILLS

The candidate should have a basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or similar platforms.

The candidate should be comfortable using AI to:

• Extract important information from bank auction PDFs and notices.

• Understand and summarise property details.

• Find key information such as reserve price, EMD, auction date, property address, possession status and authorised officer details.

• Convert lengthy auction notices into simple and understandable property information.

• Prepare basic property descriptions and client communication.

Advanced technical or coding knowledge is NOT required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable learning and using modern AI tools in day-to-day work
