Business Development Executive

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for B2B sales, lead generation, cold calling, customer follow-ups, and developing long-term business relationships with clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential B2B customers and generate new leads.
• Identify business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate product information.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for orders, payments, and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• RequirementsGood verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and sales conversations.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Good English communication is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Prior B2B sales/business development experience will be an advantage.
