Job Description

Business Development Associate B2B Inside Sales Location: South Extension Part II, New Delhi Experience: 1 to 3 Years or Freshers can apply Positions: 5 to 7 Female Candidates Only Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred


Salary:

₹30,000 to ₹35,000/month during probation | ₹50,000+ post-probation + incentives


Job Role:

  • Make outbound calls to HRs, recruiters, founders, and business owners.
  • Generate leads, pitch Erekrut Talent Suite, handle objections, and close B2B sales.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development preferred.
  • Candidates from SaaS, HRTech, ERP, IT Services, Recruitment/Staffing preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and sales ability are welcome.
