Job Description: XZIZT.IN is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage billing operations, invoices, and payment records. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of billing software, basic accounting, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage invoices accurately
- Maintain billing records and documentation
- Handle daily sales entries and payment tracking
- Coordinate with sales & accounts team
- Follow up on pending payments
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Commerce preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Minimum 2 years of experience
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
Working Hours: 10 AM - 9 PM
