Job Description
Running Account (RA) Bills: Preparing and reviewing periodic bills based on work progress at the site.
Measurement & Verification: Taking site measurements, verifying them against drawings, and updating the Measurement Book (MB).
BOQ & Costing: Working with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Reconciliation: Preparing monthly material consumption statements and subcontractor bills.
