Job Description
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Management, or related field.
Experience: 0–4 years in tendering, procurement, or business development.
Tender Identification
- Monitor government and private tender portals (e.g., CPPP, GEM, eProcurement).
- Track announcements via emails, online platforms, and procurement sites.
Tender Preparation & Submission
- Compile, review, and format tender documents (technical and commercial).
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Submit tenders on time (online and offline).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with e-tendering tools and procurement platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
