Job Description
Handle new order feasibility and coordinate with the concerned team.
Process new orders and coordinate for installation and activation.
Coordinate with customers and vendors for installation, service, and other requirements.
Handle and follow up on customer complaints until successful resolution.
Maintain regular follow-ups with technical and vendor teams.
Maintain office materials, equipment, and related records.
Handle billing and invoice-related activities.
Track payments and provide timely payment updates.
Maintain customer, order, installation, complaint, billing, and payment records.
Prepare daily/weekly status reports and share updates with management.
Ensure all pending activities are followed up and closed on time.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
