Job Description

  • Handle daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, karigars and suppliers for orders and follow-ups.
  • Manage purchase orders, job work and delivery schedules.
  • Track jewellery production status and update internal records.
  • Coordinate with courier partners for shipment booking, tracking and delivery.
  • Prepare invoices, shipping documents and dispatch records.
  • Maintain customer order status and provide timely updates.
  • Follow up with vendors for pending work, deliveries and payments.
  • Maintain inventory movement records for jewellery and loose diamonds.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Production and Accounts.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all operational records.
  • Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for management.
  • Required SkillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of invoices, purchase orders and courier operations.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the jewellery industry is an advantage.
