Job Description

Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, and chats.

Manage after-sales support, including product, delivery, installation, replacement, and service-related concerns.

Handle and resolve customer escalations professionally and within timelines.

Coordinate with operations, service, logistics, and other internal teams for issue resolution.

Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.

Communicate effectively with customers and negotiate solutions when required.
