Job Description
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting entries.
- Manage purchase, sales, expenses, receipts and payment entries.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation and related records.
- Reconcile GST input credit with purchase records and GST portals.
- Prepare and maintain bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain e-commerce accounting and reconcile settlements from platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio and other marketplaces.
- Verify marketplace deductions, commissions, logistics charges, returns, refunds and other adjustments.
- Assist in inventory and stock reconciliation with accounting records.
- Maintain proper documentation for purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses and other financial transactions.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic MIS and financial reports.
- Coordinate with CA/consultants for GST, TDS, income tax, audit and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely payment of TDS, GST and other statutory dues.
- Assist management with basic financial analysis and reports as required.
