Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare, record and maintain sales and purchase vouchers in Tally software.
  • Handle basic GST-related work, including GST entries and reconciliation.
  • Maintain ledgers, bills, and supporting documents.
  • Follow up with customers over calls regarding enquiries, payments, and outstanding amounts.
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain call records and customer details.
  • Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for smooth operations.


Requirements


  • Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounts and telecalling.
  • Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
  • Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable handling both accounts and telecalling responsibilities.
