Job Description

GST Compliance

 

Generate and manage GST e-invoices as per the statutory requirements.

Reconcile sales/purchase data for filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other returns.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns.

 

TDS Management

Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable provisions using Compu-TDS.

Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns and issue TDS certificates.

 

Client Invoicing & Follow-up

Send duly signed invoices to clients on time.

Proactively follow up with clients for pending payments and dues.

 

Reconciliation Activities

Monthly reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and GST records.

Identify and rectify discrepancies in data or transactions.
