Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts in Tally Prime, Busy, or similar accounting software.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial records.
  • Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
  • Calculate and file TDS/TCS returns and prepare Form 16/16A.
  • Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and MIS reports.
  • Perform GST and TDS reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with clients for accounting records and compliance documents.
  • Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and internal audits.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and accounting entries.
  • Liaise with government departments and portals such as the Income Tax Portal, GST Portal, MCA, TRACES, and PF/ESI portals whenever required.
  • Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances and client deliverables.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of client records.
