Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive (Accounting) to support day-to-day accounting and financial activities. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and good attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Perform basic bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Support the senior accounts team with routine accounting tasks.
• Ensure accuracy of entries and resolve basic discrepancies.
• Handle data entry and maintain records using accounting software and MS Excel.

• ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000
