Job Description
Designation – Unit Sales Manager.
Role & Responsibility –
- Accountable for all the retail products from health, property to motor.
- Achieving assigned PMS through a team of field officers (in selective regions) and through the various verticals assigned by the BM.
- Responsible for achieving product-wise volume and value targets in the assigned area.
- Accountable for maintaining sound relationships with the channel partners.
- Cultivating amicable relationship with dealers, agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries, direct customers (for CE) as per journey plan.
· Experience – Minimum 2yrs into General Insurance – Maximum 10 yrs
· Employment Type – Full time.
· Education – Any Graduation / Post Graduation.
· Age Criteria - 23-40 years
· Preferred candidate – From general insurance background only.
· Skills Required – Relationship Management, Sales experience, Product knowledge – Health, Motor, Non – Motor, SME etc, General Insurance Knowledge.
· CTC Details – 2- 5 LPA
