Job Overview
We are looking for an accurate and detailoriented Data Entry Specialist to manage company records and update databases. You will turn raw data into clean, digital information.
Key Responsibilities
Type Data: Enter numerical and text data from paper documents into digital syst ems.
Verify Information: Check records against source files to find and fix errors.
Organize Files: Sort paperwork and digital files so they are easy to find.
Protect Data: Keep sensitive company and customer information private.
Backup Records: Save files securely to prevent data loss. Required Skills & Qualifications
Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills.
Computer Skills: Know how to use Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus to catch small errors.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
