Warehouse Supervisor – Inventory & Operations

The City Lead – MFR is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations within the

Bangalore ReCircle facility. The role ensures smooth inventory movement, accurate stock

management, team supervision, and adherence to defined operational processes to support

refurbishment and business requirements.

This is a full-time, warehouse-based supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities

 Supervise daily warehouse and inventory operations.

 Lead and manage warehouse associates to achieve daily operational targets.

 Ensure accurate inventory receipt, storage, issuance, and system updates.

 Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.

 Coordinate material movement between refurbishment teams, vendors, and business

stakeholders.

 Monitor material aging, stock availability, and storage practices.

 Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, and 5S standards.

 Track daily productivity and report operational KPIs to the MFR Manager.

 Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

 Support training and onboarding of warehouse personnel.

Desired Candidate Profile

 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations.

 Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.

 Experience handling inventory management, warehouse processes, and stock control.

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

 Good understanding of inventory documentation and ERP/WMS systems.

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel for reporting.

 Strong ownership, discipline, and people management skills.

Preferred Experience

 Experience in automotive, EV, manufacturing, spare parts, logistics, or refurbishment

operations.

 Exposure to inventory audits, warehouse KPIs, and process improvement initiatives.
