Job Description
Juinagar -Sales Executive Outbound Banking Sales (EMI Conversion & Customer Retention)
The role involves connecting with existing customers to promote EMI conversion services, product activations, and customer retention while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers.
- Drive sales through EMI conversion, product activation, and retention campaigns.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant banking products and services, wherever applicable.
