Telesales Executive

We are hiring Telesales Specialists for Personal Loan sales at our Airoli location. The role involves handling company-provided leads, speaking with prospective customers, understanding their loan requirements, explaining relevant personal loan offerings, and supporting customers through the sales process. This is an in-house role with no fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers through company-provided leads and generate personal loan sales

• Understand customer requirements and explain personal loan features, eligibility, and process.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Assist customers with required documentation and coordinate for the next steps in the loan process.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and incentive-linked performance goals.

• Maintain accurate customer information and update lead status as required.

• Provide professional customer service and resolve basic queries related to the loan process.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of Hindi/English communication.

• Positive attitude, customer-handling ability, and willingness to achieve sales targets.

• Ability to work from the Airoli office.
