Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive – Personal Loans (Poonawalla Fincorp)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote personal loan products
- Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure closure of sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and loan processing
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or above
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of computers
Salary (In-hand):
- Freshers: ₹16,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹18,000 per month
Shift Timing:
- 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
