Job Description

Role: Telecalling Executive – Field Verification Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and activate Field Verifiers (FEs) for verification assignments.
  • Coordinate with FEs for case assignment and acceptance.
  • Follow up with FEs to ensure timely execution and completion of cases.
  • Maintain regular communication and update case status in the system.
  • Resolve basic coordination issues between the operations team and FEs.
  • Ensure assigned cases are completed within the defined TAT.

Requirements: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and ability to coordinate with field teams.
