### Job Summary
We are looking for a **Telecaller / Customer Support Executive** to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain products/services to customers, generate leads, and ensure a positive customer experience.
### 👨💼 Key Responsibilities
* Make **inbound and outbound calls** to potential and existing customers.
* Explain **products/services, offers, and benefits** clearly to customers.
* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
* Generate leads through calls and follow up with interested customers regularly.
* Maintain accurate **call records and customer information**.
* Achieve assigned **daily and weekly calling and sales targets**.
* Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
