About the Role

JPrime Buildcon LLP is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to manage and drive the end-to-end recruitment process. The role will be responsible for hiring talent across Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Support functions while ensuring timely hiring and building a strong, high-performing workforce.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, social media, references, and consultants.
• Handle bulk hiring, particularly for Sales teams, as well as niche hiring for specialized positions.
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as TAT, Cost per Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Joining Ratio.
• Support employer branding through recruitment campaigns, job postings, and social media initiatives.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per defined deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports.

• Qualification Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Experience4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in Real Estate or Sales hiring will be preferred.
