Job Description
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management, preferably with a Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Holiday Company, Tour Operator, OTA or DMC.
- Proven experience in brand building, brand awareness and digital brand positioning.
- Experience in developing and executing social media strategies and content calendars for a brand.
- Strong experience in travel content creation, including destination videos, tour packages, travel experiences, customer stories and promotional campaigns.
- Must be able to create content independently, from concept and scripting to editing and publishing.
- Hands-on experience in video editing for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form content. Knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva or similar will be preferred.
- Strong content writing and scriptwriting skills, especially for Reels, short videos, captions, promotional content and travel storytelling.
- Should be able to identify trending topics, sounds, formats and content styles and convert them into relevant travel content for the brand.
- Experience in shooting or coordinating travel videos, Reels, photos and other visual content will be an added advantage.
- Should be capable of handling the complete content cycle: Content Idea → Research → Script → Shoot/Coordination → Editing → Caption → Posting → Performance Analysis.
- Hands-on experience managing and posting content across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Experience in Meta Ads for brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
- Should understand how social media can be used for brand building as well as generating quality travel enquiries.
- Ability to track and analyze reach, engagement, views, leads, CPL and overall content performance.
- Experience working with travel influencers, creators, photographers and videographers will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who have experience in building or scaling the digital presence of a travel brand will be preferred.
