Job Description
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Review and coordinate design drawings, layouts, and technical details.
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, tender documents, and vendor comparisons.
- Handle procurement of materials and subcontractors through effective negotiation and vendor management.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, clients, and contractors.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections, progress review meetings, and project reporting.
