Job Description
- Customer Support Executive – Job DescriptionHandle customer queries through phone, chat, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-friendly communication style.
- Resolve complaints and service-related issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Provide information about products, services, orders, payments, and processes.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service quality standards.
- Record customer interactions and update details accurately in the CRM/system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior team member.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly performance and productivity targets.
- Follow up with customers when required and ensure issues are properly closed within the given TAT.
