Job Description – Senior Accountant (Logistics)Position: Senior Accountant
Experience: 4–7 Years
Location: Jaipur
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions related to logistics operations.
- Handle logistics billing, freight invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Verify transporter, freight, and logistics-related invoices.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and payment summaries.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Coordinate with logistics, purchase, dispatch, and finance teams.
- Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely settlements.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and support audits.
- RequirementsB.Com/M.Com or relevant qualification.
- 4–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in Logistics/Transportation/Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities independently.
