Job Description
Manage the end-to-end sales process for vacant properties, engaging prospective tenant leads.
Schedule and conduct property site visits to showcase properties to potential tenants Facilitate negotiations between property owners and prospective tenants to close deals efficiently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities and transactions in line with company standards.
Expand and nurture the offline broker network to facilitate faster deal closures and strengthen relationships.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
