 *Designation:* *Apprentice Trainee/Risk Support Executive * – Cyber Fraud

 *Employment Type:* Full-Time

 *Shift:* Morning Rotational Shifts (9 Hours per Day)

 *Weekly Off* : One Rotational Week Off

 *Salary* : 18500 in hand (for 1st 6 Months)

 *Job Summary* 

* The Risk Management Support Executive will be responsible for monitoring, identifying, and handling cyber fraud cases to protect customers and the organization from financial and security risks. 

* This role is suitable for freshers who are interested in building a career in banking operations, risk management, and fraud prevention.

* Candidates should be flexible to work from another assigned location as per operational needs

* Sometimes, based on work needs, you may be asked to work from another office location. This will be informed in advance.

 *Key Responsibilities* 

* Monitor customer transactions to identify suspicious or unusual activities

* Handle cyber fraud alerts generated by internal systems

* Investigate fraud cases and take appropriate action as per process guidelines

* Contact customers to verify transactions when required

* Assist in blocking or securing customer accounts to prevent financial loss

* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of fraud cases

* Follow banking policies, risk guidelines, and compliance standards

* Coordinate with internal teams such as Fraud, Operations, and IT

* Ensure timely resolution of cases while maintaining high accuracy and confidentiality

* Handle outbound calls of the customers

*Important Notes:*

* Graduation Degree/ Certificate is Mandatory (Hard Copy)

* CIBIL Score must be 700 or above

* Age limit is upto 35 Years only

Salary upto 20k to 32k CTC
