Job Summary
Responsible
for sourcing new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting
follow-ups, handling negotiations and closing real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
· Source new leads through various channels and networks.
· Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into customers.
· Conduct site visits, presentations and product discussions.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
· Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM.
Qualifications & Experience
· Min 2 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
· Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
