Project Manager – Interior Projects

📍 Location

Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Work: Site visits across Navi Mumbai & Mumbai

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete interior projects from start to handover
• Coordinate with clients, designers, site supervisors, contractors & vendors
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and timelines
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate material procurement and deliveries
• Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling and finishing works
• Ensure work is executed as per approved design, drawings and specifications
• Check quality of workmanship and materials
• Track project costs, material requirements and wastage
• Resolve site-related issues and coordinate corrective actions
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates
• Prepare daily/weekly project reports
• Coordinate final snagging, rectification and client handover

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Interior Project Management
• Experience in residential interior projects
• Good knowledge of interior execution and materials
• Strong site coordination and team-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel / project planning tools
• Must be able to travel to project sites

💰 Salary

₹22000 – ₹35000 per month
