Work Location: Head Office, Belapur, Navi Mumbai, with weekend visits to the project site

Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year in calling or telecalling

About the RoleJprime Buildcon LLP is hiring a Pre-Sales Executive. You will call people who have shown interest in our projects, explain the project details, and fix site visits. On weekends, you will go to the project site and help customers during their visit.

Key Responsibilities

•       Make outbound calls to leads and enquiries and explain our projects clearly.

•       Answer customer questions about the project, location and availability.

•       Understand what the customer needs and note it down.

•       Follow up with customers regularly by phone.

•       Schedule site visits for interested customers.

•       Visit the project site on weekends and assist customers during site visits.

•       Keep call records and lead details updated.

•       Share customer feedback and lead status with the sales team.

Requirements

•       6 months to 1 year of calling or telecalling experience.

•       Real estate experience is not required. Candidates from other industries with good calling experience can apply.

•       Excellent Marathi communication skills.

•       Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking with customers.

•       Willing to travel to the site office, especially on weekends.

Work Schedule

•       Weekdays: Work from the Head Office.

•       Weekends: Visit the project site and assist customers with site visits. Candidates must be comfortable with this.
