Job Description
Source qualified crew members for various vessel positions.
Search candidates through databases, job portals, references, and maritime networks.
Maintain an updated database of available crew.
Candidate Screening
Screen CVs and verify rank, experience, vessel type, and qualifications.
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Check required certificates, CDC, STCW, medical fitness, and other documents.
Crew Documentation
Collect and verify passports, CDC, certificates, medical reports, and other required documents.
Ensure all documents are valid and updated before joining.
Joining & Deployment
Coordinate crew selection and joining formalities.
Coordinate with the vessel, Master, management, and travel agency for crew deployment.
Arrange tickets, visas, and travel-related requirements.
